ADL (Acquisition Distribution Layer) is located between the top sheet and the absorbent core. It is a functional sub-layer designed to improve liquid acquisition and distribution in hygienic products. With excellent hydrophilic properties, ADL can significantly accelerate fluid absorption and dispersion, reducing rewet and improving surface dryness.
ADL materials supplied by Chuyang are widely used in baby diapers, adult diapers, under pads, feminine sanitary napkins, panty liners, and other disposable hygiene products.

ADL is mainly made from ES fiber, a superior composite fiber composed of PP/PE or PE/PET with a skin-core fiber structure.
The skin layer has a low melting point and good softness, while the core layer has a high melting point and excellent mechanical strength. During thermal bonding, the skin layer melts and acts as a bonding medium, while the core fibers remain intact, forming a stable fiber network.
This structure ensures a nonwoven fabric with soft hand-feel, high tensile strength, and stable performance during use.
Rapid liquid absorption and distribution, helping minimize leakage during rewet
Soft and breathable structure for improved wearing comfort
Creates low-density void space between the top sheet and absorbent core to enhance dryness
Customizable colors such as white, light blue, green, and others
