Part 1 Product information

Spunbonded non-woven fabric, also known as polypropylene spunbonded non-woven fabric, polypropylene spunbonded non-woven fabric, is a new generation of environmental protection materials, with water-repellent, breathable, flexible, non-combustion-supporting, non-toxic, non-irritating, colorful and other characteristics. If the material is placed outdoors and decomposed naturally, its longest life is only 90 days, and it is decomposed indoors within 8 years. When burned, it is non-toxic, tasteless, and has no residual substances, thus it does not pollute the environment, so environmental protection comes from it.

PP Spunbond is a kind of non-woven fabric, which uses PP polypropylene as raw material, through high-temperature drawing polymerization into a net, and then uses hot rolling method to bond into a cloth. Because of the simple process, large output, non-toxic and harmless to human body. Therefore, it is widely used in medical and health materials, agricultural, industrial, packaging materials and other fields.

Part 2 Polypropylene Materials

Polypropylene is a polymer commonly used in the spin-to-web process. Key performance parameters include isotacticity, melt index (MFI), and ash content. The spin-to-web process requires polypropylene to have an isotacticity of at least 95%. If it is below 90%, spinning becomes difficult. The structural formula of polypropylene is:

Patterns: Points/Sesame Points/Cross Patterns/Special Patterns.（Most of them are Point Patterns on the market, Sesame Points are mostly used for sanitary materials, Cross Patterns are used for shoes interlining、packaging, less one-word patterns .

Part 4 Application

Spunbond non-woven fabric is mainly used for medical health materials, agricultural coverage, home textile & household products, packaging materials, shopping bags and other aspects. New products emerge in an endless stream and are widely used.

10~40gsm is used for medical and sanitary products, such as masks, medical disposable isolation suits, head covers, shoe covers, diapers, adult urinary incontinence and sanitary products, etc.

17-100gsm (3% UV) is used for agricultural mulch, such as crop ground covers, root control bags, seed bags, weed mats, nursery covers, thermal curtains, and ground protection.

15-85gsm is used for home textile linings, such as sofa linings, mattress spring packing, furniture linings, disposable sheets, pillowcases, pipe wrapping materials, roofing and tile underlayment, soundproof ceilings, floor mat composite materials, and insulation materials.

40-120gsm is used for household items, such as wardrobes, storage boxes, tablecloths, dust covers, wallpaper, and calendars.

50-120gsm is used for packaging materials, such as shopping bags, suit covers, gift bags, tea bags, rice and flour bags, and flower packaging.

100-150gsm is used for blinds, car interiors, photography backdrops, and advertising fabrics.
