Trützschler's latest X-Series nonwoven carding machines, NCT-X and NC-X, are designed to improve product quality, optimize production efficiency, and reduce energy consumption and waste. This series of equipment adopts a track-mounted design, so that all carding units can be easily slid apart, which greatly improves operability, reduces cleaning time, and can add more than 100 hours of production time per year. In addition, the X-Series can quickly adjust the stripping unit to meet different product requirements, and can still ensure excellent web quality at high production speeds.

The X-Series represents a major breakthrough in nonwoven carding technology from Trützschler to meet industry demands for superior product quality and efficient production.
Maximize machine uptime
The track-based design allows all carding modules to be easily moved for cleaning, inspection and maintenance. Machine cleaning time can be reduced by up to 20 minutes per day, saving labor costs and adding more than 100 hours of additional production time per year.
Improve the utilization of raw materials
The independent dust collection system reduces fiber loss and fiber consumption by up to 2.5%. The edge fibers of the web can be absorbed and recycled and reused in production without being mixed with dust or waste, maintaining the overall fiber quality.
Flexible mesh forming
The upper condensing roller can be rotated and the lower condensing roller can be quickly removed to adapt to different product needs. The stepless adjustment of the peeling roller can achieve precise adjustment and improve production flexibility.
Higher productivity
Trützschler nonwoven carding machines can increase the saleable product volume by up to 4% compared to similar machines. They provide the industry's widest available web width, increasing overall productivity. Versatile adaptation to meet diverse application needs。
NC-X nonwoven carding machine
Suitable for hydroentanglement, needlepunch, hot air and chemical bonding systems, it is widely used in hygiene products, wet wipes and technical nonwovens. It adopts a 5+5 working roll/peeling roll structure to further optimize the carding and mixing quality. The first NC-X equipment will be officially put into production in a needlepunch project in the third quarter of 2025.
NCT-X Nonwoven Carding Machine
Designed with dual large-diameter cylinders, it achieves the most efficient carding and blending performance, ensuring excellent web quality in high-speed lines. Suitable for spunlace wet wipes lines, as well as needlepunch automotive textile lines, it can achieve a uniform blend of different fiber types. The first NCT-X is already in operation at Trützschler's Egelsbach Technology Center in Germany, with excellent results on the T-SUPREMA needlepunch line.
Available worldwide, the X-Series is dedicated to empowering leading nonwovens producers to inject the "X factor" into their production lines - not only to meet current high-performance production needs, but also to ensure a competitive advantage in the future.
