This PrimeLine™ S 2000 tissue machine, with an annual production capacity of 34,000 tons, will use the factory's own hardwood pulp to produce high-quality tissue paper. The paper machine has a design speed of 2000m/min and a width of 2.85m. It is equipped with the latest generation of PrimePress XT Evo shoe press device to achieve optimal bulk. At the same time, combined with a 20-foot steel Yankee cylinder and a steam heating hood, compared with the traditional gas heating hood in the drying section, efficient drying can be achieved, and energy consumption costs are significantly reduced.
